- Chiropractic Care - Chiropractic adjustments are carefully administered to allow the body's nervous system to fully restore itself. The high-end, state of the art equipment used at Smithtown Wellness, allows for the best in Chiropractic Care. We are trained and equipped to offer Chiropractic adjustments to men and women of all ages, from infancy to adulthood. In our office we have been able to help those who suffer from low back pain, herniated discs and sciatica. Dr. Brunengraber is also knowledgeable in the treatment of children and adults with Autism.
- Perinatal and Pediatric Care - Dr. Brunengraber is a member of the International Chiropractic Pediatrics Association, and is trained to care for children of all ages as well as pregnant women through every trimester. Dr. Brunengraber also practices the Webster Breach Protocol which is a gentle, non-invasive way of correcting a baby's breach position. This done through addressing the sacrum and the soft tissues that attach themselves to the sacrum. By correcting this problem, the baby then becomes able to "right" itself, moving into the proper position for birth.

During an initial consultation, one's diet and nutritional needs will be addressed, following a lesson on how one should eat properly in order to gain maximum health. If needed, supplements will be recommended based on the specific needs of each patient.
- Exercise Recommendations - For those patients in need of further care outside of the office, Dr. Brunengraber will provide a schedule of core strengthening exercises as well as specific rehabilitative regiments that can be done at home. These recommended exercises will help a patient reach wellness at a quicker pace, rather than if exercise wasn't to be done at all. Dr. Brunengraber is also able to prepare a regimen for patients to carry out with their own personal trainers or sports coaches. All recommended exercise plans utilize a low-impact method, including the use of Thera-Bands. All patients in need of an exercise plan will leave our office with a printout, illustrating and explaining how the exercises should be done.
- Insight Millennium sEMG, Thermography and ROM - The Insight was awarded as the official Space Technology status from NASA. It helps doctors evaluate a patient's nervous system by checking an individual's body for evidence of stress.
